Field Supervisor / Surveyor

Job Description
- Liaising with manager & upper management ensuring monthly targets are met
- Planning, executing and managing assigned sites survey strategies
- Responsible of completion of monthly targets (Sites Visits)
- Responsible of submitting all sites results Daily & Monthly (Hard & Soft copies)
- Submission of reports on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis of Sites to manager & upper management (Hard & Soft copies)
- Feeding back all suggestions for improvement and market trends to manager & upper management
- Arranging regular monthly meeting with respective Shell Territory manager and submit Minutes of Meeting to Manager
- In case of dumping or any other issue on site immediate report to manager (Call & Email with documents)
- Surprise visits on different sites assigned by manager
- Make sure you have clear directions and maps to all sites locations. Find out approximate travel times so you are not late
Job Specification
- Pack an umbrella in case of bad weather. Bring appropriate outerwear
- Make sure your clothes are neatly pressed
- Dress comfortably. You may be doing a lot of walking, so make sure that your clothing is appropriate for the climate and that your shoes are comfortable. Make you sure are following professional Dress Code.
