Responding to various call for proposals, consulting opportunities and organizing regular program events, preparing concept notes, research designs and EOI’s against the various notified opportunities, finalizing the development of IEC materials with the help of other staff appointed for the purpose, preparing the drafts of various research reports, program reports, training manuals and need based contents writing, responsible for consulting INGO’s and Government Departments for responding to various advertized opportunities, participate, contribute and take lead in the designing and development of various need based projects, supervising the team of program personals appointed in program section of the organization having in depth understanding of various program themes debated in mainstream organizations at the local and global level.

Candidates applying must be energetic, competent & have experience in an NGO & must be experienced in error free report writing and comes with strong literary power, must be expert in conceptualization and designing of project activities and preparation of logical framework models, must be expert of MS Excel advanced usage and comes with hands on experience of MS Word, and Power Point, Self Motivated, Confident and Down to Earth candidates will be given priority. Must be Experienced in Error free Content Writing, expert in Advanced Excel Usage and SPSS, Coral Draw, Adobe Photoshop etc & Experienced in Log Framework Analysis Designing & Excel Based Budget Preparation. Remember its just a start-up job, therefore higher expectations should be avoided.
