Position: Hyperion Essbase Support Engineer

Job Description

Manage all Essbase environments (i.e., Prod, Dev, Test)
Performance tuning
Troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise
Logging and managing SRs with Oracle Support
Perform backups and restores
Calc script, Formula and Business Rule Support
Report creation and maintenance (Smartview)
Modify Load and Calc for new requirements
Perform data loads
User administration

Position: Hyperion Planning Support Engineer

Job Description

Metadata and data load support using Classic Administration or Enterprise Performance Management Architect (EPMA)
Batch Script processing for automated Metadata and data loads
HP Rules/Calculations and Member List development and maintenance per customer specified requirements
HP Web Form / Data Grid / Task List / Work Flow creation and maintenance
Report creation and maintenance (Smartview and Financial Reporting Studio)
HP specific security management and maintenance
Task automation of administrative application tasks
Application performance testing

Position: System 11 Foundation Services and Reporting / Analysis Expert

Job Description

Shared services maintenance
Workspace report maintenance using Hyperion Financial Reporting
Create new groups/users and assign security as defined by the client
Troubleshoot user access issues
Creation and modification of reports/books for changing business needs
Shared services maintenance
Assist with outline, hierarchies, calculation performance tuning and data loads
HFM Rules/Calculations and Member List development and maintenance per customer specified requirements
Web Form / Data Grid / Task List creation and maintenance
Report creation and maintenance (Smartview and Financial Reporting Studio)
HFM specific security management and maintenance
Inter-company matching support for configuration, reporting, exception handling
Task automation of administrative application tasks
Application performance testing
