Highly Keen - The HR Institute is looking for Accounts and Admin Officer. Job description of required candidate is
Accounts Tasks:
- Maintain and update daily accounts of Institute.
- Prepare Balance sheets and Income Statements on monthly and Yearly Basis.
- Handle bank matters
- Issue invoices to students and collect fee amounts as per defined SOPs.
Admin Tasks
- Responsible for office cleanliness and security.
- Office Purchases
- Perform General petty admin matters.
Job Specification
- Accounting Knowledge in detail.
- MS Excel, Word
- Accounting Software e.g Quick Book
- Can develop and run account systems professionally.
- Can do attitude
Timings 2PM to 10PM (6 Days a week)
