We are offering internships in our Project HR department.
This is an exciting opportunity to join SCTech Global in a HR officer role . You will be involved in all matters of day to day HR administration as well as projects and day to day involvement in 4 main areas of HR- Recruitment, Transactional, Learning & Development and Employee Relations work on various projects.
Support resourcing for various departments of the business and help with sifting CVās, preparing and conducting interviews
Support induction process for new hires.
Work to and communicate and raise awareness on new/current SCT policies across regions.
Job Specification
Studying an undergraduate degree preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Management
Ability to work effectively with regional teams and to demonstrate leadership skills.
Passion for a long term career within Human Resources
Ability to understand business strategy and organizations
Display a high level of self-confidence, flexibility and decision making skills
Willing to take initiative and be a change agent
Possess strong analytical skills
Business and Commercial awareness
Strong ability to establish trust with clients, peers and managers
Ability to use sound judgment in making decisions
React positively to challenging situations.
