Tenfolds Media is looking to hire a Lead Service Executive-Business Development

Responsibilities:

• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
• Ensuring that clients receive prompt responses to queries or complaints.
• Following up with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
• Communicating with clients via phone calls, emails, and messages along with scheduling business appointments.
• Ability to conduct in-depth research for proposals.
• Making Presentations that can be presented to the potential client.
• Providing clients with relevant information on the services offered by the company.

Requirement:

• Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Hand-on experience in making professional presentations and proposals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to offer excellent customer service.
• 2 years Experience in Business Development role
• Bachelor’s degree in the related field.
• Females are preferred
