Job Description
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality products.
- Increase the business volume.
- Handle customers' complaints and provide solutions.
- Control and monitor all operational activities of sites and projects.
- Assign tasks to showroom staff and monitor their activities.
- Retain existing customers and develop new customer base.
Job Specification
- 4 to 8 years experience preferably in similar role.
- Should have background from Woodwork or strong Woodworking knowledge.
- Proficient in dealing with clients demands and can handle customer complaints efficiently.
- With good Communication, Managerial, Organizational and Conflict Resolution Skills.
- Computer literate in MS office application and proficiency in AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Fully qualified and experience in Sales specifically showroom sales.
