Role and Responsibilities
Handling company files
Drafting important documentation on behalf of the company
Handling paperwork for foreign remittances
Corresponding with SECP, State Bank and Chamber of Commerce
Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors
Developing and managing strategies to ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements
Organising, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and managing board resolutions
Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action.
