Job Description
As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for dealing with new and existing customers over the phone, answering queries, and selling and marketing our services .You are also expected to continually look for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency and customer service.
Your working day will be spent over the phone in outbound calls, and keying customers orders in the computer. As a sales representative, your responsibilities include but are not limited to as follows:
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment and maintaining solid product knowledge
There is uncapped intensive on every sale with the fixed base salary and after 3 month probation there are bonuses and other fringe benefits on performance
Job Specification
* Must have good communication skills.
* Must be computer literate.
* Fluent in English.
* Self motivated and passionate person.
* Have a good computer system or a laptop.
* Good internet connection.
* Be able to work effectively from home.
