Systems Limited is looking for a Training Executive with BPO related experience for its Karachi office.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs
Work on improving the knowledge and skill levels of all BPO employees wrt to their specific function
Schedule training programs and conduct pre-training requirements as well as and post-training program appraisals/evaluations and manage respective training records
Assist the training manager in identifying employee training needs based on an ongoing analysis of the jobs involved, appraisal/feedback reports and periodic discussions with supervisors and managers
Assist in formulating and maintaining relevant training reports pertaining to training delivery and subsequent quality and expenditure
Organize trainings by reviewing the list of participants, distribution of materials and training
Contact line managers/supervisors to formulate schedule for training materials
