Job Description

To support the management and implementation of the Maternal and Newborn Health - Research and
Advocacy Fund (MNH-RAF) contract.
2. Responsible for ensuring the best customer care/experience of all visitors and telephone callers.
3. Responsible for appropriate distribution and handling of all inward and outward going mail
4. To provide administrative support to the team in all its operations.
5. To ensure accurate record of all outgoing mail is copied and retained for record.
6. To liaise with grantees to ensure quality documents are submitted within deadlines.
7. To ensure accurate and systematic record keeping (in hard and soft copy as appropriate) ensuring ease of
access to information by the PMU team to the satisfaction of Manager Operations.
8. To deliver the outputs of the RAF programme to the satisfaction of the client, British Council and Programme
Manager.

(50%) To manage the front desk; operate the PABX effectively and handle all front-line face to face and
telephonic queries

(15%) To manage the incoming and outgoing mail and faxes

(15%) Support the Operations team in logistical arrangements

(15%) Support Programme Officer in administrative tasks and event management

(5%) Support RAF team activities as requested by the Manager Operations
