Job Description
Project delivery: deliver GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR rollout and NPX project, such as New build, Expansion, Modernization, Swap, network Performance Maintenance/Improvement Project , Analyze and handle network problems, quickly response customer requirement, analyze network performance to improve network performance and customer experience
[Competency Requirements]
Good communication skills, fluent communication in English and can use english as working language
Strong goal-oriented, responsible for results, Proactive work attitude and smooth coordination with related departments.
Job Specification
Technical Capability requirements:
1. At least familiar with any one technology of GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G , delivered New build, Expansion, Modernization, Swap project, has work experience of Radio network Planning, Parameter design, KPI monitoring , script , Drive test logfile analysis, SSV/Cluster optimization, OSS KPI analysis and optimization etc. familiar using planning & Optimization tools and platforms,
