Job Description
- Repairing and trouble shooting of UPS, Rectifier, AVR etc
- Facilitate Engineers in conducting site surveys
- Assist Engineers for designing solutions
- Installation and commissioning of different equipments (power)
- Assist Sales for Technical discussions and presentations for the customer
- On-Site and On-Call customer support
- Resolve customer complaints in coordination with Senior team members
- Maintaining optimal level of spare parts inventory
- Efficient utilization of available resources
- Documentation of activities for record and for future references
- Maintain good working relation with team members and other department
- To work as per Quality & HSE Standards
- To complete the special tasks assigned by supervisor/TL/Manager
Job Specification
- Candidate should have the hands on experience of installation, repair & maintenance of high rating three phase UPS Systems and can handle the all technical issues independently
- Good know-how of board-level electronics troubleshooting , diagnostics and good soldering capability.
- Understanding of Power Systems /UPS repair(compulsory)
- Good team player with ability to lead
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
