Job Description
Recruitment: hiring staff, producing job descriptions, placing adverts, working with recruitment consultancies, organizing interviews, running assessment centers
Training & development: Designing and organizing employee training programs
Compensation: ensure that salary determination and contracts of employment are in line with policy; managing and handling all compensation and payroll processes
Performance Management: coaching managers on performance management issues and processes
Policy & Procedures: implement new HR policies, procedures and processes; ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment law.
Documentation: composing staff handbooks, contracts, staff memos, and issuing written offers of employment, promotion etc.
Employee Relations: managing absences, etc. Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
Job Specification
Desired Skills & Experience
MBA/Master degree from a reputable university
5-8 years of experience
Good knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
