Job Description
The Business Development Executive is responsible for managing, implementing, and deploying new business processes and partnerships to increase sales and industry reach. This position offers a true ground-floor opportunity for an experienced Business Development or Sales Professional to join our fast growing company.

Job Functions
. Professionally and effectively employs sales skills to achieve targeted sales within specified time scales.
. Identify new opportunities for company in the assigned industry.
. Research and maintain an accurate and current database.
. Identify and develop sources of potential clients and maintain regular contact with key clients
. Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities
. Track business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies
. Oversee workflows for partner accounts, manages partner communications for industry and resolve escalated issues or questions from partners

Job Specification

Capacity and aptitude to undertake research and collate information as required
Possess knowledge of local businesses
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
. Experience of pro-actively generating leads
. An understanding of the sales process or experience within a sales support role
. Focused, output driven and demonstrated ability to meet targets and deadlines regularly
. A high level of passion to succeed and a strong level of self-motivation
. An effective team player with a strong work ethic
. Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
