Junior Accountant

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Accounts Executive to work under supervision of accounts manager. Candidate should have at least intermediate degree with minimum 1 year experience in similar job. Competency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a must for this position.

Job description:

• Preparing invoices, vouchers, memos as per daily office routine.
• Document filing and maintaining physical record of customers and venders.
• Updating accounts receivable & payable with daily postings to make sure that records are accurate and immediately available when needed.
• Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures

• Intermediate (minimum)
• At least 1 year experience in similar position
• Competency in Microsoft Excel (Khnow how on other accounting software will be considered as additonal skill)
