INSPIRATIONS (PVT) LTD is a renowned name in Woodworking/Interior Designing in Karachi. We need 2 sales executives in our sales department.
Responsibilities
Can have experience to deal with walk-in customers as well as field sales.
Builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Call appropriately within your market and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and improving your network.
Close deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Plan approaches and pitches.
Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
Requirements
Must have good communication skills and charming personality.
Have a proven track record of sales in construction industry.
Have a strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities and to establish business relationships with architects, developers and construction groups.
Have a great understanding of woodworking products and interior designing.
Must have knowledge how to measure the area/space.
Able to handle all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills.
Be a motivated and focused individual with great organisational and interpersonal skills.
Good in handling international clients and international businesses.
Must have sale closing skills.
