We are urgently looking to hire experienced individuals with minimum 2 to 3 years specialized expertise on Truck Dispatch in Transportation Industry of United States. Candidates with past experience of dispatching for the following equipment types are preferred: Flatbed, Dry Van, Reefers, Power only, Straight Box Trucks, Hotshots, and Step Decks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Working in close contact with our Truckers.
- Booking loads as per their preference.
- Scheduling their routes for the day/week to achieve better milestones on their business revenues.
- Handling their paperwork, documentation, invoicing and factoring etc.
- Addressing the issues and challenges arising throughout the load pickup and delivery process and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining documents and organizing client database over spreadsheets.
- Following up on detention and layovers.
- Knowledge of Transportation Management System
- Knowledge of creating and maintaining dedicated lanes.
- Knowledge of the major load boards.

Requirements:
• O-Level/Matric or above
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
