- Experienced in Web Applications development (minimum 2 years experience)

- Knowledge of analysis, designing, and developing .NET (ASP.NET & C#) based Web and distributed applications

- Understand business requirements, to transfer into logical and physical designs

- Experience of implementing web services, APIs, or service-oriented architecture

- Ability to drive Product/Task Development Initiatives

- Ability to clearly communicate both within the team and with the client as well as the team lead

- Author requirements, analysis and technical design documentation

- Maintain programming standards to continually improve quality of applications software

Skill set Required:

- Must Career Oriented willing to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.

- Ability to work independently

- Good programming skills in .NET Platform - ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET

- Highly proficient in AJAX , XHTML, DHTML,XML, Web application security and Web 2.0

- Strong analytical skills and clear understanding of OOAD concepts and architecture designing

- Instinctive experience in developing and maintaining application that utilize a tiered and component approach

- Understanding of architectures such as SOA and thorough knowledge of Web 2.0, RIA, etc.

- Understanding of extending functionality via web services, through POS or Cell Phones will be a PLUS

- Must have experience of documented and verifiable work experience in the mentioned technologies

- Should have knowledge and experience of technical documentation
