Job Description
The Director of Finance is responsible for management and direction of the Accounting & Finance Team and the preparation, presentation, and analysis of all financial information. The Director of Finance will directly manage the Accounting Personnel, and will indirectly manage the outsourced finance consulting team and a to-be-hired administrative staff person.
Job Specification
The Director of Finance will ensure timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions in QuickBooks, account analysis, and preparation of reconciliations and schedules. The position is responsible for issuing monthly financial statements and comprehensive analysis for review by the COP/DCOP & FINCON President, and for producing financial information needed by the company to effectively manage the business and meet reporting obligations. This position reports to the COP.
