Job Description
Director HR will be responsible to Develop and integrate human resources programs and associated projects to achieve Economic stabilization goals, employee engagement and operational objectives. Act as organizational development liaison and advisor to COP. Conduct recruitment and on boarding for all personnel; participate in interviews. Design of and facilitate employee training programs. Recommend, evaluate and participate in staff, management and leadership training and development. Maintain all Human Resources records, including developing and maintaining position descriptions. Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Job Specification
Master’s degree in related field
7 years of Human Resources experience
Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and familiarity with HRIS systems
Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) certification
