Full Stack Software Engineer Ruby On Rails

We are looking for a talented, entrepreneurial, and creative developer with significant experience in Ruby on Rails framework. Committed desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Who can think through and design end-to-end solutions at the application and infrastructure levels.

Responsibilities include:

• Create new web applications and enhance current product releases
• Identify scaling bottlenecks and propose solutions
• Improve the testability of our applications
• Research, test, benchmark and evaluate new technology

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
• 2+ years of hands on Ruby or Ruby on Rails Development
• Experience with Front End Development
• Experience with Javascript and AJAX heavy web application development
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (angularJS, emberJS, knockoutJS, etc.) will be prefered
• Experience with advanced CSS and responsive designs a plus.
• Comfortable developing for our software stack, which consists of Ruby/Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Heroku, Resque, Redis, Git, Rspec, Unicorn & Nginx, Javascript, and angular.js
• Experience with start-up companies or a start-up environment is a plus
