We're looking for a Web Marketer to help increase awareness and customer loyalty and can generate high-quality written content for our business.

Your responsibilities:

- Create and manage a multi-channel business and communication strategy with our team utilizing online marketing techniques
- Conceptualize unique marketing programs to increase awareness and increase customer acquisition
- Develop messaging for all audiences to accurately convey our core identity
- Work with team to develop press releases, marketing collateral, reports, advertisements and other marketing-related material
- Collaborate with team members to improve site performance, develop primary keywords and target ad audience targets
- Create multiple campaigns and manage traffic, customer acquisition and conversion through the channel
- Review and analyze company website for areas that need to be detailed or improved
- Perform daily account management of pay-per-click (PPC) accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo/Bing and other search platforms
- Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups and accounts, and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives
- Monitor campaign results and create reports detailing campaign performance
- Provide and organize SEO and SEM campaign reports
- Optimize keywords portfolio through testing with ad copy and landing pages
- Keyword analysis for pay per click (PPC) campaigns and organic search results
- Improve search engine marketing process
- Continually monitor organic search rankings to increase traffic and leads
- Ensure that all websites and internet properties meet content and architecture requirements for SEO best practices
- Build systems and protocols internally that continually ensure that the website and relevant properties are optimized
- Develop, recommend and implement social media strategies for all relevant social networking sites
- Analyze impact and provide reporting for social media programs and campaigns
- Optimize landing pages and user experience on relevant social media channels
- Perform competitive site analysis to identify missed opportunities
- Encourage adoption of relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and into all of the company's products and services
- Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter and other similar community sites or blogs
- Write original, high-quality, SEO-friendly articles that communicate our messaging to a wide variety of audiences
- Publish written articles on a variety of content websites, content management systems or media outlets
- Take on ad-hoc writing projects as they arise

Your qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem solving and organizational skills
- Understanding of search engine ranking algorithms
- Fluent English including excellent writing, grammar, spelling and formatting
- A work style that is extremely detail oriented
