1. Handling distributors complaints and claims, payable and receivables monitoring
2. Handling the distributors' compensation and distributor/ field force incentives
3. Verification and record keeping of Distributors Final Settlements & Contracts.
4. Monitoring sales based activities with regards to time lines and budgets
5. Taking meeting minutes and circulation of meeting minutes and follow-ups
6. Verify the field staff monthly vehicle expenses & TA/DA.
7. Assist in the preparation of annual operating plan and budget.
