Job Description
1.Schedule appointments/ meetings and establish appointment priorities.
2.Arrange staff representation at various forums, meetings and conferences.
3.Manage routine correspondence and telephone calls independently.
4.Summarize content of incoming mail and data and prepare reports on important issues.
5.Assess the urgency and importance of matters and take appropriate action.
6.Manage, in the supervisor's absence that requests for action and information are furnished in a timely manner.
7.Maintain policy and confidential files, records and documentation.
8.Manage hotel and travel bookings.
Job Specification
1.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
2.High level of proficiency in computer applications including MS Office and Outlook Express.
