Job Description
1.Provides strong leadership and manage the activities of sales and marketing staff.
2.Develop customers through market research & intelligence, customer identification and communication with potential customers.
3.Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
4.Ensure that internal and external sales & marketing programs reflect the brand identity of compost plant.
5.Maintain the profitability of the department by controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
6.Resolve all issues with customers in shortest possible time to gain their confidence and loyalty.
7.Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
8.Track market trends through research and propose new products to keep pace with market trends and to increase market share.
Job Specification
1.Knowledge about Agronomy, Plant Pathology and Plant Breeding & Genetic will be preferred.
2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
