Job Description

SUMMARY:

Candidate will be responsible to oversee all aspects of the business development and sales process and ensure close coordination and collaboration with the Manager of Business Development, He will also be responsible for researching client business referrals, network, and web leads; providing prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.


Responsibilites:


Make cold calls to explore new business opportunities and interact with clients of IT industry.
Reach out to prospects daily in order to book quality meetings with the BDM.
Identify and define needs, articulating value proposition, differentiating competition and positioning for new market entry
Research on Social media platforms such as LinkedIn and certain technology user groups, online communities and use of other innovative methods to identify prospective customers in the defined region.
Work closely with the business development & sales lead for client engagements, proposal presentations and help to nurture the cold opportunities.
Should have a basic understanding of ERP Solutions, POS Systems, Web Development, and Mobile Application Development.
Schedule visits to clients and cold visits for business development.
Represent the product and company to potential clients
Generating new business with existing clients, including the creation and follow-up of offers.
Establishing new client relationships and generating new business, including creating and following up on offers within the existing sales structures
Supporting the branch office in the preparation of the annual budget and business plan, with target setting and commercial evaluation of all projects
Supporting business and commercial controlling for the division
Strategy development and implementation for the division (customer acquisition, market share gain, benchmarking, competitor analysis, etc.)

Responsible for generating new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling potential accounts, the reactivation of dormant accounts and the continued development of our existing client base.
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Responsible to generate leads, developing client relationships, and offering demos convincing the contact about the product.
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Prepare a monthly sales plan
Achieve monthly sales target.

Experience: 3 years experience in proactive, outbound telephone sales and proven sales abilities. Experience with contact management techniques and an understanding of the information technology marketplace is preferred. Prior experience with a information technology vendor is a must.
