Ø Provide accurate price, valid and complete information by using the right methods.
Ø Resolve customer complaints and daily follow up via phone and email.
Ø Assist with placement of orders, payments and refund.
Ø Deliver superior customer services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
Minimum Intermediate
Good command over English
Capable of using technology systems and tools such as Microsoft Office etc.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to explain product & services and handle conflict situation
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
