Job Description

Ø Recommend potential products and services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Ø Respond customer quotes and queries and negotiation in price through calls, text and emails.
Ø Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Ø Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Ø Provide accurate price, valid and complete information by using the right methods.
Ø Resolve customer complaints and daily follow up via phone and email.
Ø Assist with placement of orders, payments and refund.
Ø Deliver superior customer services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction.

Job Specification

Minimum Intermediate

Good command over English

Capable of using technology systems and tools such as Microsoft Office etc.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

Ability to explain product & services and handle conflict situation

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Important Note: Only North Karachi and surrounding areas Candidiate will be short listed.
