E-Commerce Project Manager/ Scrum Master

TOlindo Deliveries is looking for an efficient Project Manager with vast experience in launching and branding an E-commerce app & Transportation business. He must fully understand the flow of e-commerce businesses from development to doorstep delivery solutions; the candidate should have good command over the IT development side. They will work closely and lead the Marketing Department, IT Development Department, and Dispatch Team to improve the delivery process. They MUST guide the teams to reach goals and be sharp on sales to deal with CEO’s and corporate accounts. Candidates with US and CANADIAN Market exposure are a MUST.

E-commerce Project Manager serve the product by
*Launching and Branding an E-commerce app & Transportation company.
*Develops a dedicated e-commerce strategy to meet a company’s sales objectives.
*Manages and coordinates the sales team and will take responsibility for corporate accounts.
*Actively scout new market opportunities with a knack for anticipation that leads them to suggest innovative sales operations.
*E-commerce Project Manager Must have a deep understanding of social media sites, marketing strategies and channels to use – organic SEO, paid SEA, social networks, displays, partnerships, affiliates or email marketing – to increase merchant onboarding and TOlindo APP downloads.
*Ensure everyone on the team understands the project's goals and scope
*Keeping the organization, particularly the project's stakeholders, up to date on the progress of the scrum team's projects.
*Candidates MUST guide the teams to reach goals and must be sharp in sales dealing with CEO *corporate accounts.

E-commerce Project Manager serve the development team (IT) by
*Coaching the development team in self-organization
*Helping to remove obstacles to the developers' progress
*Encouraging the organization to adopt the Scrum methodology in their workflow.
*Keeping the organization, particularly the project's stakeholders, up to date on the progress of the scrum team's projects.
*Coaching the organization on the transition to a working scrum framework

Requirements
*5+ years of relevant experience in the eCommerce and Transportations Industry
*3-5 years managing software projects in an eCommerce context.
*Educational background in Software Engineering, IT, CS etc., with work experience in E-*commerce organizations. Exposure to the US or Canadian Market is a MUST.
*Experience with Agile software development methodology, especially Scrum.
*Ability to manage the whole team and handle a high-stress environment.
*Experience taking proactive action to improve project velocity and code reliability.
*Exceptional understanding of strategy and operations related to technical consulting and *delivery of projects.
*Ability to independently manage individuals’ time and tasks.
*Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements and changing situations

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: 120K-150K (depending upon skill set).
