What this contract is about is suggesting a software package that you would find useful in your current role. If the software package that you have suggested is viable you will be given a contract to write a scope document for which you will be paid a fee which will be agreed
The software will then go for development and once complete it will be made available for sale. You then will be given a 25 percent cut on all sales that you make for that software. You also will have the opportunity to make sales of any other software the company has and gain a 10 percent cut.
Below is an example or software idea selected for development:
1) SIS (Safety Instrumented System) Management - This software manages all SIS systems including the maintenance, documentation, reliability, reporting etc. This software helps companies comply with IEC61511 and IEC61508
2) MOC (Manament of Change) System - This software help chemical companies mange change on thier respective plants. This helps them make sure that correct procedures are followed and all documention is updated accordingly. This helps companies achieve compliance with safety regulations
