Candidate should have following pre-reqs!
1. Minimum 3 - 7 Years of experience.
2. Can communicate technically.
3. Good Presentation Skills.
4. Can read CAD Drawing.
5. Knowledge of Material, and Material Pirchase Source.
6. Familar with new designs and demand of current market.
