• Responsible for management reporting (monthly accounts / cash flow, etc)
• Monitor daily pharmacies cash closing and account work of each branch.
• Updating and maintaining of ledgers and bank reconciliation.
• Conduct random audit of pharmacies.
• Preparation of payroll and salary disbursement.
• Checking of expenses claimed and bills received.
• Preparation and submission of Income tax, sales tax return and bank reconciliation and coordination for annual audit work.
• Preparation and submission of EOBI & ESSI contribution and maintain record.
• Coordinate with concerned regulatory authorities and government department to fulfill their requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Maintained and update all related records, files, contracts, and legal documents, etc.
• Keep update all related documents and SOPs on regular basis.
  Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.

• Excellent Accounting skills
• Hands on Experience on SAP ERP
• Can handle work pressure
• Detailed understanding of Accounting terms, tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Must be detailed oriented
