Inbound marketing has been the backbone of Elucidat’s success to date. With a growing and ambitious team, we’re looking for someone special to take ownership of our online lead generation. With our first round of investment in the bank and plans for US expansion in progress, this couldn’t be a more exciting time to join our team.

Location: UK based, remote worker, with travel to Brighton Office a few days each month

The role

Your number one focus will be lead generation - but not just any leads! As a B2B SaaS company, attracting customers who’ll get the very best value from Elucidat, is crucial to achieving our Annual Recurring Revenue targets.

You’ll report into our marketing lead, acting as a core part of our growth pod, with the potential for direct line management in the future.


We are looking for someone who can

  • Develop and execute our digital marketing strategy and lead generation campaigns to help hit our ICP MQL Targets (Ideal Customer Profile marketing qualified lead)
  • Drive high quality traffic to our website through organic and paid channels
  • Improve the website user experience
  • Optimise our conversion rates
  • Regularly report on performance against our objectives, key results and our KPIs
  • Oversee our email marketing and nurturing programs
  • Share insights with the wider team (Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success) to support our growth strategy
  • Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers and 3rd parties

This is a really varied role for someone who loves a challenge! You’ll be working with the support of the wider marketing team, agencies and consultants to help you deliver the goods.

Requirements

Need to have...

  • 5+ years experience in a dedicated digital marketing role
  • Excellent grasp of SEO best practices and demonstrable hands-on experience
  • Management experience of multi-channel digital advertising campaigns
  • Conversion rate optimisation expertise
  • Website Management knowledge and experience (ideally Wordpress and Hubspot)
  • Demonstrably successful track record in email marketing programs
  • Natural inclination towards data, and a desire to extract meaning from data (Ideally Google Analytics qualifications and dashboard expertise)
  • Experience of international growth, particularly into the US
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems

  • Experience in the learning industry
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS business
