Responsibilities
· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking
· Set up meetings with potential clients and listen negotiate contracts
· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
· Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
· Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
· Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
· Providing overall guidance to newly-recruited Sales Representatives.
Qualifications
· Minimum 6 Months experience of call center or customer service is preferred. Fresh profiles are encouraged to apply.
· Have exceptional command over spoken English.
· Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
· Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
