Required Skills
An Assistant Manager Accounts/ Accounts Officer will be expected to perform any of the following tasks:
Reconciling finance accounts, Maintaining spreadsheets, Credit control, Preparing statutory accounts, Cash allocation, Sales order processing, Managing daily post in and out, Handling and writing cheques, Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment, Verifying calculations working with the Accounts system, Reconciliation of Direct Debit mandates, Managing petty cash transaction. The Ideal Candidate must have a minimum B.Com/M.Con/ACCA ( Part qualified) with atleast 2-3 years of experience in Accounts/Finance department with following Skills:
Managing multiple accounts, Numeric calculations, Being professional and thorough, Taking initiative, Excellent Communication, Handling stress, Being a team player, trustworthy and reliable, Prioritising, Computer application and Project management.
