# Process Monthly Billing Reports # Entering Misc Journal Entries # Running and Balancing Billing Reports # Processing High Volume of Invoices # Communicating regularly with customers in US and Europe

-Must have degree in Finance or Accounting -Basic Knowledge of Accounting principles, billings, receivables and invoices -Ability to wok on multiple projects simultaneously along with meeting deadlines -Must have positive team working attitude -Strong PC Skills, including MS Excel and MS Word -Having a deep desire to achieved business success -He/she will be delegated the responsibility of billing US clients for downloads, for which you have stacks of bills at your desk -He/she will be asked to jot down convincing emails/documents to clients to pay off their past dues for downloads -He/she must be detail oriented, a team player, and possessing high degree of organization -He/she must be able to handle multiple projects in a timely fashion
