What you will be doing:
The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for setting up and managing campaigns across different digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Tiktok, etc.
They will use performance marketing tools to run efficient campaigns, working closely with creative and content teams to seamlessly execute campaigns.
The candidate will optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and perform A/B testing on campaigns.
The Performance Marketing Specialist will identify trends and insights and optimize spend based on performance.
They will manage budgets to maintain low ad spend ratios and high ROAS.
Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators, measuring, refining, and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against company goals is also a responsibility of the Performance Marketing Specialist.
Undertaking competitor research and analysis.
Promoting Brand awareness through marketing efforts.
What we would love to see:
A degree in Data Analytics or a related field is required.
The candidate should have experience managing a budget of at least PKR 10 million per month for a single brand.
The candidate must have consistently achieved a minimum ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) of 6, indicating a positive ROI on ad spend.
The candidate should have helped scale up online sales by at least 10x, indicating the ability to drive significant business growth.
The candidate must have updated knowledge of performance and analytical tools used worldwide.
Strong data analyzing skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving are required.
The candidate should possess strategic and technical skills, with a good understanding of conversion funnels.
Collaborative skills, time management skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills are also necessary.
