Responsibilities:
The User Research & Social Media Analyst will be responsible for supporting all UX research needs, monitoring and tracking KPIs, conducting and suggesting research activities for online digital projects. He/She should be able to:
- Plan, coordinate and run online usability, card sorting, heatmap testing and other studies required to carry out the user research.
- Work with UX team to understand research needs. Knowledge of various research and testing techniques to be able to make suggestions on a project by project basis.
- Understand, locate and explore issues and trends on the Internet particularly within social media sphere, such as Facebook, Twitter, Linked in, Blogs, Forums and other online community based sites.
- Prepare accurate, insightful reports to present research findings and strategic consulting around social media.
- Ensure high quality reports are produced and delivered on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Formulate and develop social media monitoring strategies and research methodologies.
- Should be able to perform analytics on the social media platforms.
