Streebo is currently in the process of setting up a stellar Managed Services team to manage customers Enterprise Information Management platforms (ETL/Data-warehouse/BI/MDM). These customers expect exceptional customer service. You will take charge of Streebo's Managed Services team from day one with proper enablement and will go on to convert this into a world class team who delivers excellent customer service. This role includes exceptional management skills with good technical background and experience to understand and resolve complex technical problems in enterprise customer’s environments.
Key Accountability:You are accountable to realize value of Managed Services for the customer.
Responsibilities:o Internal & external Service Level Agreement for the engagement
o Customer satisfaction & relationship management
o Effective vendor management
o Identification & communication of improvements in systems being supported
o Root cause analysis of frequently occurring issues and communication to subject matter experts
