Managed Service Manager

Streebo is currently in the process of setting up a stellar Managed Services team to manage customers Enterprise Information Management platforms (ETL/Data-warehouse/BI/MDM). These customers expect exceptional customer service. You will take charge of Streebo's Managed Services team from day one with proper enablement and will go on to convert this into a world class team who delivers excellent customer service. This role includes exceptional management skills with good technical background and experience to understand and resolve complex technical problems in enterprise customer’s environments.

You are accountable to realize value of Managed Services for the customer.

• Gain the level of trusted advisor within customer organizations
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and work with sales teams to deliver and win proposals
• Analyzes similar offerings in the market from other companies to ensure we provide value driven & competitive service offerings
• Oversee support services on all customer sites simultaneously that includes ensuring:

o Internal & external Service Level Agreement for the engagement

o Customer satisfaction & relationship management

o Effective vendor management

o Identification & communication of improvements in systems being supported

o Root cause analysis of frequently occurring issues and communication to subject matter experts

• Setup and manage a unit of support engineers as per required capacity that also includes resource management of the overall team e.g. career path management, performance management, training & development, etc.
• Ensure continuous improvement and the growth of service capability in line with the company's objectives

• IT or CS graduate.
• Minimum 5 years in the IT industry with minimum 2 years in a similar position
• Expert proficiency in SQL language and experience with major RDBMS
• Experienced in Performance tuning of large data-sets,
• Excellent leadership organization and time management skills
• Good communication skillsExcellent analytical skills with troubleshooting abilities
• Ability and willingness to travel on domestic and international assignments

• Experienced in data-warehousing / BI projects and tools
• Experience in multiple business domains
• ITIL certified
