Support Engineer- Information Management

Your role will be to monitor, report, troubleshoot and provide support to complex information management / data warehouse implementations for large enterprises.

Qualification: Engineering graduate preferably in CS

Required Skills\Experience:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Basic SQL skill set is a must
• Proficient in MS office (word, excel etc)
• Quick learner and ability to handle complex situations
• Ability to face clients and coordinate according to their requirements
• Good communication skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge & background of basic programming
• Knowledge of data warehouse and ETL tools
• Creativity and urge to take initiatives
