Mexa Global is looking for Truck Dispatchers who should have a good experience in the trucking industry and should be able enough to lead a dispatch team. We are a BPO outbound campaign, we are providing the responsible dispatching services to the USA carriers.

Job Title: Truck Dispatcher

Duties can be as follows:

• Scheduling freight to be picked up and delivered.
• Providing shipping details to customers.
• Documenting all calls, deliveries, routes and times for pickups and deliveries.
• Completing paperwork related to shipments such as invoices.
• Handling customer complaints and inquiries.
• Checking the Truck Driver’s compliance with the transportation rules and regulations
• Negotiating rates and delivery time lines.

Walk-in interviews from Monday - Friday (7:30 PM – 11:00 PM)

Location: Bahria Town Lahore (Night Shift Only)

Job Type: Full-time (Night Shift)

Timings: 05:00pm to 02:00am

• Previous Dispatch experience is preferred (0 to 6 months)
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Must be able to work at night shift.
• Ideal candidate should be living nearby or able to commute to Bahria town lahore easily.
