Job Summary
An online store manager’s job is similar to that of a manager from a tangible retail store. The difference is the online store manager does not need to talk with clients in person. The online store manager’s main job is to make sure that all the items being sold are up-to-date, have the correct sizes, prices and the like. He/she is also responsible for listing the store policies as well as writing item descriptions and taking and uploading product pictures.
Job Details
- Maintain & update product file for QMI
- File to include product names, product descriptions, SKUs, HS Code, Product Weight, VAT Category, B2C sales prices (without VAT), B2B Sales Price, Placement on Website – category.
- Warehouse locations, supplier info, purchase price, duty tax %, country of origin & languages.
- Ensure all product listings are uploaded by the developer team on time and ensure all details are complete and accurate.
- Stock & Inventory management - follow up of the stock, checking which items are low or out of stock, so we place orders in time. Checking all uniforms has size tables. Make a size table for the shoes. The size tables we can use on the new website.
- Process daily orders and responsible for overseeing sales
- Manage all store operational issues, including store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
- Ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick-up
