RAF invites applications (on an urgent basis) for the post of Driver/Assistant for its Islamabad office. The position is a contract post up until the 31st of March 2015.
The post holder will be required to drive the programme vehicle within Islamabad as well as to remote areas of KPK, Punjab AJK etc. S/he will also be responsible to support the programme team with tasks such as photocopying/binding, filing, making tea/coffee etc.
Eligibility: Valid driving license; Excellent driving skills; basic understanding of English with the ability to read and write (preferably with a matriculation level education); and Experience/general understanding of traveling to different regions within Pakistan. Basic understanding of car mechanics and/or defensive driving is desirable.
( 60%) To drive MNH-RAF vehicle within Islamabad as well as perform outstation duties
( 10%) To ensure MNH-RAF working area is kept clean and tidy daily and provide support during office shifting and closure
( 3 %) To file papers and maintain files in an orderly manner
( 10%) To make photocopying and binding
( 7%) To serve tea/coffee to MNH-RAF and guests and arrange occassional official entertainment (such as lunch etc.)
( 5%) To distribute mail as and when required. To give cover to the switch board as and when required
(5%) Other duties as directed by line manager
