Google Ads Manager needed for a small U.S. based digital marketing agency. Great opportunity for an
experienced Google Ads specialist.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research based on client products/services.
Set up Google Ads accounts for clients using a mix of campaign types.
Monitor and manage Google Ads accounts to consistently improve performance.
Develop strategies based on performance data and client feedback.
Write up status reports with key tasks completed and important observations about performance.
Set up Analytics and conversion tracking as needed.
Required Qualifications
An absolute minimum of two years of Google Ads management experience within an agency environment (3-4 yrs in a UK, US, or AUS agency is strongly preferred).
Solo management of multiple accounts is absolutely essential.
Proven ability to audit accounts and develop a strategy for growth and optimization with little to no assistance.
Experience setting up and optimizing the full range of Google campaign types - Search, Display,
Retargeting, Shopping/Merchant Center, Performance Max, and Youtube campaigns.
An excellent understanding of core Google Ads concepts such as keyword match types, bid strategies, geo-targeting, observation audiences, demographic bid adjustments, etc.
Proven ability to write status updates and reports with clarity and context, while using a positivetone appropriate to client communication (in English).
Willingness to work during the US East coast time zone.
Other Qualifications
Past experience with the following tools: Agency Analytics, Call Rail, ClickUp (or similar project management tool) is a bonus.
