Deezon is looking for highly experienced sales executives with a profound knowledge of Linux and Windows. Since the job requires you to be part of a Livesupport team, you must be able to entertain support requests, sales queries and general information inquiries. You must be street smart, extremely customer friendly, demonstrate expertise over your area and must be able to sell services. This job is for someone who is good both in sales and support.
Strong skills and experience with cPanel/WHM and Plesk
Sound knowledge of WHMCS, Kyako Helpdesk and similar ticketing and livechat software
Must be comfortable troubleshooting through Linux SSH
Strong understanding when troubleshooting Web, DNS, Email and MySQL server issues
Ability to sell products & services to potential customers
Ability to successfuly turn a conversation with a potential customer into sale
Respond to telephone, email and live support panel for support and sales requests.
Follow up on customer issues via Helpdesk and provide necessary support.
Responsible for demonstrating indepth knowledge of company policies, terms of services, marketing promotions and product pricing.
Responsible for systems administration for the group, including networks, applications and operating systems. This includes implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, security, and usage monitoring.
Responsible for administering and maintaining the systems / servers to support the business operations and end users
Coordinate with other departments for issue resolution.
Minimum 2 years of experience in web hosting industry or relevant field
Possessing a Bachelor's degree in CS, BBA or equivalent
A stable internet connection, phone, mic and web cam
UPS or alternative solution to be continuously online during the shift timings
Highly motivated, ambitious and goal oriented
Strong writing and communication skills
Ability to handle customer resistance and deal with criticism
