We are looking for Upwork and Fiverr Bidders to help in developing new businesses. A key responsibility for this job role would be acquiring business through different freelancing channels. Keep in mind that this is a completely remote job and does not require any travelling.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Brining in new business and clients by participating in online bidding on various freelancing platforms and generating sales up until the completion of the client's projects
- Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team. This can require talking on the phone, chatting via various platforms, all depending on the client's requirements
- Maintain a high rating on all platforms
- Maintain a good relationship with the clinets
- Closely collaborating with the team leader and finishing all assigned duties on time
- Retain records of client information and sales
- Candidate must be dynamic enough to meet the monthly target and excel
The following skills are a must-have for the ideal candidate:
- Experience with interacting with clients on freelancing sites
- Experience in freelancing and project acquisition
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Skillful in negotiations
- The ability to collaborate and work alone
The ideal candidate must have access to good internet connection, laptop/computer, and a quiet environment for daily virtual meetings.
