Job Description

Selected candidate will be responsible for handling following tasks:
  • Answering/forwarding incoming telephone calls
  • Taking and delivering messages when appropriate personnel are unavailable
  • Attending visitors in very cordial and professional manner
  • Handling official correspondence
  • Record keeping and handling general administrative tasks

NOTE: We required Female candidate for this post.

Job Specification

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word/Excel with typing speed of minimum 30WPM
  • Must be energetic, presentable having strong follow-up skills.
  • Greet visitors, determine their needs and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort.
  • Maintain conference room reservation schedule.
  • Assist various departments with special projects as needed.
