Job Description
Responsible to assist Canteen Manager regarding hiring and firing of staff at both food express canteens.
Responsible to assure quality of services (food) at food express canteens and kiosks.
Assist Canteen Manager to Control the quality of food and ensure the staff follow the standards.
Visit the canteen stores and evaluate inventory control procedures.
Assist canteen manager for the resolution of customer complaints and take appropriate measures to prevent future complaints.
Coordinate daily purchase requirements, check payment bills from vendors.
Manage the canteen staff efficiently and take measures for low employee turnover.
Job Specification
Qualification : B.A/B.Com.
Experience : 1 year experience in managing canteens/restaurants.
Knowledge : Inventory Control management, Stock Taking.
Note: Working hours will start from 03:00 pm to 02:00 am.
Weekly Holiday will be given other than Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
