We are setting up new sales and support team for our outsourced business, We need strong sales and support candidates that suits our requirement. This position will be for Chat Sales and Support agent, we are hiring for morning, evening and night shift. (evening and night shift will be having advantage to have Work from home opportunity.

The ideal candidate will:
Have strong non-verbal English communication
Have 1-2 years minimum experience in a sales and support environment.
Can handle 3 to 4 Live chat sessions at a time
Must have good technical knowledge.
Entertain Live chat request from prospective customers or current customers for support requirement
Perform data entry and use support chat software programs.
Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
Document all calls and evaluate each account to determine if further research is necessary.
Provide world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner.
Meet productivity standards as set forth by the management team and identify and report trends in call drivers to management.
Maintains accuracy and performs independently, subject to practices and procedures.
Intermediate or Equivalent, B.Sc or B.com or A/O Level.

NOTE: Home-Based Job can be offered to potential candidates Male or female, can be able to work in night shift from home.
