We are setting up Call center for our Outsourced business, we need potential candidates having good verbal communication skills. This job description involves Live international outbound and inbound calls and Live chat support as well.
Job Specification
The ideal candidate will:
Have strong Verbal and non-verbal English communication
Have 1-2 years minimum experience in a sales/call center environment.
Make 20-30 International outbound cold calls per day.
Must have good technical knowledge
Answer calls from prospective customers or current customers for support requirement
Perform data entry and use software programs.
Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
Document all calls and evaluate each account to determine if further research is necessary.
Provide world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner.
Meet productivity standards as set forth by the management team and identify and report trends in call drivers to management.
Maintains accuracy and performs independently, subject to practices and procedures.
Intermediate or Equivalent, A/O Level is preferred.
